While experience can be much more in-depth than education, Ms. Knowles’ foundation of skills began with her acquisition of a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in English from Louisiana State University. She continued her education with a Masters in Business from Metropolitan College of New York. Though her foundation of skills allowed her to pursue her dream of being a small business owner, Ms.Knowles technical skills come from extensive experience in the field and include QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Microsoft® Office Suite and Database programs.
